- the ocean - A solemn spirit wanders along the Dae Shore, glancing at the tranquil waters she once adored. Golden rays of sunlight beam on her skin, her gaze averts to the sound of the wind. It is now she draws one long deep breath, "Why me, that has endured death?" Sweet tears trickle from the spirits' eyes, reminiscing of a lost love, she cries. From the distance, a Piri begins to play, Is it a Muse? or a simple bardic tune? She hums to the rhythm, on the shore's coast. Is this what she missed the most? A glass bottle floats onto the pale sand. What's inside? She picks it up with her hand. A piece dried parchment lies within, slightly wet and somewhat smeared. It seems the seas have been unforgiving, for afterall, she is not living. "My heart bleeds with-ut you h-re, just one m-re moment - with you near. I crave the aff-ction of your lips, and it is I, th-t cannot cope. A pirate should ne'er seek out love. In th- end, he must sail to a trove." -sneakysultry | |
